Apple iPhone 14 Plus (Grade A)

Most of our products are either client excess inventory (New) or 14 day returns (Graded). All products are cosmetically graded, functionality tested and data wiped using automated software.

The main advantage of 14 day returns is that they are significantly cheaper than new products but will look and feel brand new. They will also still have the majority of the manufacturer’s warranty. For example, an iPhone that a customer has bought and returned will, in most cases, still have 10-11 month’s warranty remaining. In addition, compared to purchasing a device that has been traded in after 1-2 years, their batteries will still have a high capacity as they haven’t been charged and discharged many times.

We grade our stock as follows:

New – Unopened and unused.

Grade A – A product that has been opened and may or may not have been used. There will be no cosmetic marks or defects on the device – it will look and feel new.

Grade B – A product that has very minor marks that would be hard to see without looking closely.

Grade C – A product that has one or more marks or scratches visible at arms length but not cracked.
